Refund Policy – Rosgay VPN

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are possible only if the service was used for less than 1 hour.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
• Refunds granted only if there is a verified service issue preventing access.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• Violations of Terms of Service, including illegal or suspicious activity.
• Account suspensions due to misuse.
• Change of mind after usage or beyond 3 days.
• Purchases made using gift cards or promotional codes.
• Discounted or promotional subscriptions.

3. Requesting a Refund

Send your refund request to billing@rosgayshop.com with your:

• Registered email address
• Transaction reference number
• Reason for refund

4. Processing Time

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 to 14 business days via the original payment method.

5. Important

Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account termination and legal actions in case of fraudulent claims.
